Manaf Elbloul

Manaf Elbloul's story is one of the most passionate and challenging stories, he was born in the area around Marrakech city which he inspired, he was formed by Michelin starred chefs.  Manaf Elbloul has worked in king’s Royal Palace Mansour in Marrakech restaurant La Grande Table Française when it was awarded 4 toques by Gault et Millau. Also, he represented Morocco at culinary show MBC TOP CHEF ARAB in Saudi Arabia. He is currently The Executive Chef at restaurant A’selham Qatar combining local spices, flavors and life styles with the finesse of French techniques.

Manaf Elbloul obtained his DTH in 2008 and began his career in various restaurants before joining Michelin-starred chef Yannick Alleno’s team in 2009 at the Kings Palace Hotel Royal Mansour Marrakech. He quickly worked his way up to Sous-Chef and received gold medals in the Chefs CREMAI competition in 2014 and the gastronomy chefs’ regional competition in 2015. In 2016, he opened the restaurant as a Chef partner, Le Petit Cornichon Marrakech, which received acclaim for his unique blend of Moroccan and international flavors. He participated in the competition as a candidate to represent Morocco in The Legendary International Competition [BOCUS D’OR] in 2017, and he was placed 5th among the 8 best Moroccan chefs. He underwent further training at Michael Rostang’s Restaurants in Paris and later launched his consulting company, LA SIGNATURE DES GOURMET, to provide kitchen development and training services. He also served as the executive chef at the luxury Ryad Noir D’ivoire Marrakech.
